Q: How
long does it take to ship my order?
A: We strive to get orders out as soon as they come in. However, during peak seasons like
Holidays and probate weeks it can take longer. If you order merchandise that
is out of stock we will wait until we have all of the merchandise before we
ship to save you on shipping costs. We will notify you if that is the case.
We ship via
USPS or UPS. The transit time depends on the shipping method you choose and
where the parcel is being shipped.
Q:
Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
A: An order can be cancelled
if it has not been sent to the shipping department but there will be a 15%
restocking charge retained.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. The customer
will be responsible for any costs incurred by Greekstuff.com up to the point
of cancellation.
Q: How
can I customize my order to any organization?
A: We can customize paddles, jackets, caps, towels, sheets, pillowcases,
and robes. Most wearables can be customized. Please email us at info
@ greekstuff.com for more information and technical specifications.
Q: Can
I return my custom-made merchandise?
A: We strive
for perfection but occasionally something can slip by us. We are only able
to accept defective merchandise or mistakes we have made. We will gladly correct
our errors. For example, if it doesn’t fit and it is the size you ordered
it is not defective! Please call or send an email to answer all of your questions
prior to placing an order.
Q: How
can I pay and is it safe?
A: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and money orders.
We will accept personal checks but they must clear the bank before orders
are processed.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
A: Yes, we have done everything possible to ensure the privacy and security of
your information and transactions. Your credit card number and other personal
data is treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so please be
assured that your transactions and credit card information are protected.
With SSL technology, information transmitted over the Internet can be trusted
to be viewed by our server only.
Q:
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: In stock items are shipped immediately. If the item is out of stock
please take that into consideration, as we will ship it as soon as it returns
to our stock. We make every effort to keep sufficient stock levels. When you
need it fast please consider faster shipping alternatives such as UPS NEXT
DAY AIR, or UPS 2ND DAY AIR. Remember these alternatives do cost more to ship.

If I place an order today when will it ship?
A: Again, In stock items are shipped immediately. If you need your order by a specific date please list that on your order.
Orders received after 11am will be processed on the next business day. For rush orders please give us a reliable phone number to contact you at in case we have questions regarding your order. We ship all Rush orders via UPS. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
Example: If you please an order on Friday @ 10am for Overnight Air, your order will be processed & shipped on Friday (depending on availability of items), but you will not receive it until Monday!!

What are your shipping fees?
A: Shipping fees start at $7.50 and increases as the price of the order increases.
Once your order is complete we will ship “best way- lowest cost”
unless you have a preference. 0-$30.00 $7.50
$30.01-$50.00 $9.50
$50.01-$75.00 $11.50
$75.01-$100.00 $13.50
$100.01-$150.00 $15.50
Shipping charges can also
be affected by the weight of items. Heavier items such as paddles will incur
additional freight charges as charged by UPS. You will be notified before
being billed.
Any order that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper
address on your part or failure to claim will result in the recharging of
the shipping costs to get the package back to you.
If a refund is requested, you will be refunded less the original shipping and handling charge.
