RETURN POLICY

Please select your items carefully!  We are a small business and don’t alllow any returns, refunds or exchanges in our retail store or online.  Some items on our site are not items we stock in our retail store so we order them as needed to give our customers a better selection to choose from.

 

We realize that mistakes occur but we are also not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Custom embroidery and/or any items that are made for a customer specifically but not limited to:  Afghans, custom sweaters, drinkware, and special orders for clothing or any items purchased by a group are FINAL SALE and no refunds will be given. Occasionally our suppliers may run into a snag and the timeline we estimate to get these custom items to you may get off track.  Once orders are placed and in production with our suppliers we have no control from that point forward.  We are also not responsible for shipping companies not getting items to you by the ETA they provide as well.  NO REFUNDS will be given under these circumstances.
